To the Manager, Records and Information / FOI Coordinator:

Under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, I request access to the following records in the custody or control of the City of Richmond for 2026-07-20 to 2026-08-20 concerning Item 23A and Resolution R26/14-10:

1. Source materials provided to the Mayor, Council, or senior staff before the vote, including the complete publication, screenshots, translations, summaries, and attachments.
2. Records concerning the drafting and addition of Item 23A to the agenda, including drafts, revisions, and related communications.
3. Records of any effort before the vote to contact the person referred to, request source material or translation, provide notice, or invite a response.
4. Communications sent to or received from the BC Human Rights Tribunal concerning R26/14-10, including any acknowledgement, file number, or status communication.
5. Non-privileged records concerning the process used to assess the source material and the direction to contact the BCHRT. I do not request solicitor-client privileged legal advice; please disclose any reasonably severable non-privileged portions.

Please provide the records electronically. If clarification or narrowing would materially reduce fees or processing time, please contact me before proceeding.

If information is withheld or severed, please identify the applicable FIPPA provision.
